Dr. Ahmad AlEnizi, graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin in 2001, completed post gradual training in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at McGill University, Montreal. Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (2009), served as the President of the Kuwait Association of Rheumatology (KAR) 2014-2014.
He is currently the President of Kuwait medical Association, a member and Head of the Charity Committee of the KAR.
He is international Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology after being certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology from the American Board of Internal Medicine (2007/2009). A Consultant Internist and Rheumatologist and the Head of the adult rheumatology and Day-Case Units in Jahra Hospital, Kuwait.
The Head of Ministerial Committee for use of biological treatment in autoimmune diseases. Currently, he is the Head of the National Ethical Committee for Human Parts Donations among non-relatives in Kuwait.
Dr. Ahmad is active in quality improvement locally in the same hospital where he is the Head of the Accreditation Team at Department of Medicine and a member of the Quality Improvement Team, and the Scientific Committee. He authored many studies and an active rheumatologist in local clinical trials.
His main interest is vaccination in rheumatic diseases and spondyloarthritis.
