Before you travel to the UAE, we advise you to check your visa requirements and make sure you have a valid visa if needed. Should you require a visa, we recommend that you initiate the process 30 days prior your trip.

Delegates who are not eligible for a visa on arrival must apply for visas in advance through their regional UAE embassy or consulate office or you can email us at registration@adarrc.org should you want us to pre-arrange your visa.

The visa fee will be AED 560.00 VAT inclusive and non-refundable (30-day single-entry + COVID-19 insurance)

Instructions to apply for a visa through K.I.T. Group:

Step 1:

Kindly note that a confirmed hotel booking through us is needed prior to processing your visa.

Step 2:

Submit the following document via email to registration@adarrc.org

  • Color scan passport copy
  • Clear passport sized photograph of you (white background)
  • If Pakistani National (NIC for Pakistan Nationals)

Step 3:

We will verify the submitted documents and send you the payment information. Once it is done, we can proceed with processing your visa.

Important Notes:

  • The duration to process a UAE Visa usually takes 7 days for all, varies from case to case, as it is subject to Immigration approval.
  • 30 days single entry visa will be valid for 60 days to enter the country from the date of issue & can stay for 30 days from the date of entry.
  • Working days in the UAE are from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection from immigration.
  • Visa applications will be accepted until Monday, 27 September 2021 only.
