Due to the high demand and increased participation at AdARRC, the previous room rate is now fully booked. However, we are pleased to offer additional rooms at a new rate. While the rate has been adjusted, we remain committed to ensuring your stay is comfortable and your experience at AdARRC is exceptional.
The rates are per room per night inclusive of the following:
- Rates are inclusive of AED 20.00 tourism dirhams, 7% municipality fees, 10% service charge, and 5% VAT.
- Rates include Internet with 5 Mbps speed.
- Rates include a full buffet breakfast served at Anise Restaurant.
Hotel Policies & General Information
- Hotel check-in: 15:00 hours
- Hotel check-out: 12:00 hours
Please be advised that all guests including children staying at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a Passport or National ID.
Early Departures
- 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure.
- In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.
Late Check-out
- Until 12:00 hours: Complimentary.
- Until 18:00 hours: 50% of the full night charge will apply.
- Thereafter: A full night charge will apply.
Cancellation
- Within 30 days prior to arrival
- All rooms canceled and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
No Show Condition
In the event of a “no show” on the date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked will be applicable.
