Dr. James Teh is a Consultant Radiologist, specialising in the imaging of disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system. His practice involves the imaging of patients with musculoskeletal tumours, bone infection and trauma. He has a special interest in rheumatological diseases and sports imaging and have worked at several international games including the Olympics, Commonwealth and World Championships. He performs complex interventional procedures including vertebroplasty and ablations.

He was awarded the Roentgen Professorship of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2018.

Dr. James has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles in the medical literature and 13 book chapters on these subjects. My h-index is 27.

He is the former Clinical Lead and Director of the Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship Program at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. He was also the Regional Adviser for the Royal College of Radiologists (2016-2021) and an Educational Supervisor for radiology trainees in Oxford.

Dr. James is a member of the European Society of Skeletal Radiologists (ESSR), British Society of Skeletal Radiologists and International Skeletal Society. He sits on the Arthritis and Ultrasound subcommittees of the ESSR, and on the Education Committee of the International Skeletal Society.
